I needed to check in a little early to get ready for my aunt's memorial service. They were very accommodating! The next morning, I went to use the hair dryer. It didn't work. They immediately brought one up to me. Very helpful staff. I really appreciated both of these gestures.

"The staff were super friendly and it was a great stay for our road trip."

Cody at the front desk was amazing! She helped us get a staff member to help us get our luggage to the room! Stacey from the restaurant had our food sent to our room be cause she saw that we BOTH had limited mobility!! Both these staff members made our one night - very restful!!

The only thing that we felt was not "great" was the air conditioner in our room was a little slow to cool off the room. We understand that we arrived at 5 PM but still it took almost all night before the room temperature actually got to 70 degrees at 3 AM!!! We wish it could have been cooled Before we arrived. The temperature was 75 degrees - much cooler than the 92 degrees outside, but it just took so long!!!

Requested a King room, didn’t get one!! They told us Booking.com didn’t give them that information, so they couldn’t change that, very disappointed. Beds extremely uncomfortable!!!
