Kenosha Wi 12-20-25...my daughter Inlaw booked a room for us senior citizens....under her free points .... Only to be turned away and called a FRAUD and made to leave When we had EVERY RIGHT TO STAY THERE I WAS VERY EMBARASSED ... FIRST TOME I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO A CANDLEWOOD SUITES~ BUT WITH A SLAP IN THE FACE AND TRULY FLIMSY ELECTRIC FRONT DOORS WHICH ALMOST CUT MY LITTLE WHITE SHITZU AND MALTESE IN HALF I WILL N E V E R BE BACK AND THEY TRIED TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD AND CHARGE MY DAUGHTERINLAW POINTS FOR NEVER STAYING NOW WHO TRULY IS THE FRAUD

Nice clean room in a favorable location. one of the nicer hotels in the Kenosha area. Madison provided outstanding service at check in, making sure the room was set to my standards being on a higher floor away from elevators AAA+++
