We were just passing through on our way to Indianapolis and this hotel was surprisingly vast. Loved everything except the smell of the bathroom. Not sure if it was even cleaned properly as it smelled like bad body odor. Headboards on the beds were absolutely disgusting and greasy. Other than that, it was fine for one night.
The big play pool was gross. Has mildew on the side of the pool. Kids drew their names in it… bathroom vent was gross. Also the lock in the room seemed unsafe.
Very clean and nice. Staff checked to make sure everything was suitable
Nice spacious suite
Very much “meh”. The hotel itself has a lot of positives. It’s clean with cool pools and stuff for kids, but definitely gives off an old man, “get off my lawn” vibe. And the elevator does not inspire confidence.

Great stay
When I checked in the girl at the front was very rude and when I checked out she don’t release the money from the credit card and then when I called and asked I haven’t received the money and the manager told me they were going to hold it for 14 days and told me to go handle it with the bank. Then he proceeded the hang up the phone on my face, plus I still haven’t gotten my money.
