Easy access. Safety and security conscious. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Bathrooms need improvement. No water pressure in the shower and the water conservation in the shower surpasses what’s reasonable. The hotel is in Florida! We have more water than we can ever possibly use. Why are they conserving water in Florida?!? Put some damn water pressure thru the damn shower head so people can get clean. It took 10 minutes just to wash the soap out of my hair due to low water pressure and the stupid water conserving shower head. The bathroom lighting is also horrible. Not enough towels. Ants in the bathroom. The bathroom issues alone have caused me to NEVER again stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I would gladly pay more to get the better value of having water pressure. The elevator set a world record for being the slowest. They need to setup some lawn chairs by the elevator so people can have a place to sit while they wait. The room furniture was quite uncomfortable. The coffee maker didn’t work. The TV remote controls didn’t work correctly. At check-in, the clerk asked questions that were quite frankly none of Holiday Inn’s business. Instance, they asked about why I was in town and what I was doing. That’s none of their damn business. Their business starts and stops at verifying my identity and renting me a room. I found the probing question insulting and offensive. Had I not understood that the clerk was doing as she was told by corporate, I would’ve bit her head off. So take this to corporate, my business outside of your fleabag hotel, is none of your damn business. Your business is renting me a room. Not gathering intel on my activities. Enjoy the business I gave your establishment because your probing questions, just lost you any future business. Holiday Inn and its sister companies will never get our business again.

We were greeted by Daniel, who was super nice and very helpful. All of the staff were very friendly, and always smiling. The room was clean, the king bed was huge. The location on highway 50/98 was very convenient to locations we visited. It's about halfway between Orlando and highway 19. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, fast foods to fine dining. We will choose this location again.

The pool was closed, which was a little disappointing, but didn't ruin the visit. Other than that everything was great 😃

Hotel was very untidy where decorators were in working location was very remote and would not recommend . I booked thru booking . Com and although the staff explained they couldn’t refund my remaining 3 nights as I had to go thru booking.com (booking.com replied to me saying it was down to the hotels discretion . I’ve emailed the hotel several weeks ago and didn’t ever get an acknowledgement let alone a refund . Would not recommend

The Hotel was in the process of re-painting. Despite that the room was quite nice; quite large and the staff was very friendly.

I stayed for one night and it was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly, I had breakfast and it was good. I slept well on their bed and have no complaints
