Our room was not particularly clean and the mini bar was empty, there was not enough soap, and the coffee station didn’t even have one serving of coffee. The breakfast was lovely and the bar downstairs very lively. The proximity to buses and easy access to markets made the location pretty exceptional despite being way out of town and near the airport.

I know they don’t use much AC in Europe , but it is a Sheraton and we had one in our room , but just did not cool off the room . None of us slept well .. otherwise , everything was nice , including a good breakfast

Clean, modern hotel centrally located with amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast crew. Pool and hot tub are kid-friendly with a breathtaking view outside. Breakfast was a diverse selection of European standards (cured meat and cheese, breads, eggs, bacon) and the fresh juicer was a great touch. And the price couldn't be beat for the area. Highly recommend for a stay in Bolzano.

Breakfast was amazing. Our room size was shockingly accommodating to two adults and 2 kids. The 1.5 bathrooms was a welcome luxury. The location was a bit further from city center than anticipated but plenty of public transportation options. The actual design of the main bathroom left much to be desired but overall, this was a lot of bang for the buck.
