No hay nada que pueda describir lo bueno durante nuestra estancia.

Nuestras habitaciones tenian camas que tenian hoyos de quemaduras de cigarillos. El aroma de mugre era muy fuerte para que nuestra familia duerma cómodamente. Hicimos una reservacion de dos noches pero solo pasamos una noche aqui. Despues de una noche, empacamos y fuimos a la ventana para cancelar la sigiuente noche. Como pasamos una noche al minimo, podiamos cancelar la siguiente y recibir un reembolso de la segunda noche. El señor que nos atendio accordo de cancelar la segunda noche y nos regreso el deposito y nos dijo que recibiriamos el reembolso en un par de dias. Sin embargo, han pasado dias y no hemos recibido el reembolso. Fuimos pacientes pensando que habia una demora pero llegamos a la conclusion que no seremos reembolsados.

Thea’s/heater didn’t work, they gave us a room on 2nd floor making my 80 yr old mom walk up steps, no clothes hangers, towels looked dirty, grout lines are dirty, the caulking around sink base and toilet are excessively messy, extra drilled holes in tile for shower rod like they didn’t get it right height, the tile around shower head is cut excessively big and they had tape to cover the hole. I observed a IUD (yah birth control thing) in the parking lot, 2 chipped spots on porcelain of the bathtub. ON OUR LAST FULL DAY while we were out they cleaned the room, which was ok to do but not necessary BUT THEY LEFT THE DOOR OPEN and our belongings were totally visible. I called the desk: he asked if anything was missing and when it wasn’t he said then everything is ok then. There was something on the bathroom door, looked like a huge snot burger or a flymmm coughed up chunk, this is my 2nd photo.
