"Beautiful beach location"

Location is fantastic on beautiful Lamai beach, short walk to Main Street for bars, shops & massages Food was pretty good - we didn’t do breakfast but there’s not a lot open on the Main Street for breakfast so might be good to include for some

Staff are lacking in service especially around the pool & on the hotel deck chairs on the beach

"A lovely stay but with some drawbacks"

Beautiful setting right on the beach. Kind and helpful staff. Nice pool although a bit more shade over the pool would be great.

In similar hotels we have been more generously supplied with extra water, tea and snacks. In a country where one can not drink the tap water more water should be supplied on request.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the beach with a nice beach area, and the walking street is just a short walk away.

The bathroom should be renovated as it was old and dirty. The restaurant staff were not friendly and spoke and laughed about the guests.

Heel mooi hotel op een heel mooie locatie. Het personeel is ook echt geweldig en heel behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en alles eromheen.

"Meet expectations, great value for money."

Right on the beach makes entertaining kids easy, breakfast was great - lots of options for us and our son who has a peanut allergy. Room was biggest we have stayed in to date. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Considering the number of babies that stay there, it would be great if a few bottle sterilisers could be provided in the rooms. We had to buy a bowl and boil water ourselves to sterilise bottles, which was quite inconvenient.
