Boutique Hotel Villa Pattiera

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport. It turns out that Cavtat is lovely. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the generous breakfast.

The overall experience more closely matched a three star stay, specifically the quality and design of the furnishings, condition of amenities and overall atmosphere.

The location is central yet insulated from the nightlife crowds to remain quiet at night. Close to the bus station in the limited access pedestrian zone (your airport taxi will drop you at the bus station most likely—it’s a short walk). No elevator and all rooms are upstairs. Staff is happy to help with bag movement. Staff is friendly, English fluent and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Custom egg dishes available for the asking. Lots of buffet choices. AC works well. We had a nice balcony (shared). Solid WiFi. Good cell signal. Despite proximity to airport we didn’t notice much jet noise. Cavtat is lovely. Walk around the isthmus and you have a dozen quiet swim spots to choose from. Some with beach bars, restaurants and chair, umbrella concessions.

A few more electrical outlets would have been nice.

Location and old charm

The hotel was in a fabulous location, the staff were nice and accommodating- breakfast was good and plenty of choice! We booked the last minute and got one of the attic rooms with a rooftop sitting area! For what we paid it was value for money! I would have preferred to have been in one of the rooms on the other levels as there appeared to be more room in the rooms! But overall a good stay- thanks you!
