Boutique Hotel Villa Pattiera

A gorgeous villa in the perfect location.

Mattress was very hard and we had the attic room so lots of stairs.

Situated at one end of the harbour, two minutes walk to the bus station and taxis, and an easy level walk along the sea front to the man made beach areas at each end of the resort, this family run traditional hotel enjoys a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and served by the most friendly and delightful member of staff.

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. We like it because it's in the old town & is full of character. The outside terrace particularly is wonderful for breakfast & we love the outdoor patio area on the first floor for a quiet drink & nibbles on a warm/hot evening. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the restaurant during our trip & the food was excellent! Every member of staff (& family) were polite, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even looked after our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight home & kindly offered us a hot drink before leaving. It's easy to see why they have so many return guests! Wonderful customer service!

Yes, it's a historic building & quite probably why folk choose to go there. Our only gripe is that as it would appear that most guests are 50+ and beyond (my husband & I being 73) we do feel that all rooms should be upgraded to walk-in showers. The days of 'shower over bath' don't work for this age group & we don't feel that these changes would detract from the charm of the building.

Location excellent. Room with private terrace. Breakfast and restaurant. Staff. Spotlessly clean. Close to all local amenities and restaurants and on the flat.

Lack of a lift might be problematic for older guests but hotel did provide service to carry bags up to the room on arrival and departure.

The staff are very friendly, room #5 was spacious and bed comfortable. Location is excellent.
