We found the property very clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and very well organised. Always happy to help. We found the bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to get fresh linen and the room cleaned and topped up with essentials each day. The buffet breakfast that was included was one of the best we have ever been to with so many different options and varieties.

We found that there are a lot of hidden costs when you stay at this hotel. Including different costs in parking, not all pools provided to you are included. We found that the meals and beverages at this hotel were very expensive. Although this property is in a stunning location, it,s quite far away from general stores and other locations. (Down the mountain) best to have your own car to get around.

El lobby y restaurante de abajo en la playa muy bonitos.

Los baños de todos los lugares estaban basmati sucios para la categoría de hotel que es, en el bar del lobby no tenía a una persona con experiencia en hacer cócteles y los que hacían eran de mala calidad. Mientras nome ataba bañando en la ducha de la habitación se me fue el agua caliente. La noche anterior llámamos porque teníamos frío pidiendo un edredón o algo que nos pudiera abrigar, y lo que recibimos fueron sábanas… la cena en el restaurante principal deja mucho que desear para un hotel como este, la carne súper dura y de baja calidad, y el personal poco profesional y servicial para la cantidad de gente que había que tampoco era mucha.

El lugar ubicado, las instalaciones y la limpieza

La oferta del restaurante de la playa era muy justa y el restauranrte del hotel tenía poca variedad para la cena. Había pocas opciones de plancha. En el hotel no se indicaba que el Spa tenía horario restringido para niños, ni que tenía un coste extra.
