Location and staff were excellent

Maintenance of the room was poor. Mouldy shower curtain and bathroom needs an overall. Bed had hollow middle. Sink couldn't hold water because plugs didn't seal and fit, light coming through from connecting room door

Easy access.

Needs a revamp.

The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family, and being so close to both the M1 and Gold Coast Highway was very helpful, as was being able to walk in to The Pines shopping centre next door. We had a Lakefront room and it certainly was - straight out the door to the seats at the lake's edge; the swan, ducks and birds kept us company. It was a studio, but quite roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We hope to return and use it as a base for family visits :)

Lack of towel rail, curtains not hung properly missing hooks. Tv not connected to the internet

Some of the facilities need upgrading e.g. shower taps replacing
