Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Carmel by the Sea has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that Carmel by the Sea requires a AUD 250 credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. For 2 and 3 Bedroom Suites and 3 Bedroom Sub- Penthouse an AUD 1000 pre-authorization is required upon check in. Please note that there is a 1.75% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card. Please note that the 8 hours free WiFi is available for use for multiple devices.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
