Pool and bbq area are great. Our room had nearly everything we needed with space, big balcony with ocean views, comfy bed, laundry and drying rack. Staff were helpful and friendly

Car park can get a bit tight depending on the type of car you had. The towels in the room were pretty ordinary and it is strange not to have a doona of any sort, there is just a sheet on the bed then you have to find the blankets to make up the bed so you are warm. The bathroom and kitchen could both do with an overhaul as the cupboards were either in need or repair or replacing

Easy walking location to Blues on Broadbeach. Convenient early check in with lovely staff.

Property is a little dated but good value for money when sharing 3 rooms.

Friendly and welcoming staff, brilliant location, stunning view, clean and well appointed room, great facilities! We were lucky to be given an upgrade which we really appreciated as we were down to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday. The lovely room just made our weekend even more special The lady on reception was warm and welcoming and even let us back in our room when we stupidly locked ourselves out! The facilities at this place are top notch and the cleanliness is next level. The lap pool is kept at the perfect temperature and is so clean The permanent residents in the building were also very friendly to us. I can understand why you’d be so happy to be living here! Thanks again; we can’t wait to return!

Nothing (construction next door but only during the day so it didn’t bother us)

The room had mould on Curtains. Particularly the Lounge. lots of paint off the walls, dishwasher handle was broken. Needs some care and attention specially paint
