"NEVER happened because they refused service, when they were paid 30 days in advance."

I liked NOTHING! I booked this location 30 days in advance. We had traveled 8 hours via van & showed up @1:30am. The desk clerk turned us away because we had a dog, even though they are listed as "pet friendly".

They could have been listed appropriately on their website and booking.com. They still haven't issued my refund for the stay, even though the desk clerk said he would "confirm they would not allow us to stay". They have managed to not answer the phone or respond to the emails from booking.com to resolve this matter. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn again due to this overall experience.

The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The elevator does not have air conditioning . The fitness room equipment was not working. The breakfast could use some improvement .

Every time I go in or stay there, I have to change to a different room because it’s not clean A so dirty when you took a shower the water doesn’t go away. Of tub no drain dirty sink needs to pay attention

The dirty because every time I stay there, I have to go to front desk and tell them to change me to a different room because always something wrong with it
