The hotel is located a short walk from Orebić where you can get the ferry to Korčula island which is so worth visiting. It’s a long way from Dubrovnik airport and on a jet2 package you have to wait a long time to leave the airport in your transfer. The staff overall are helpful and efficient, everything I asked for at reception was handled professionally and friendly. The beachside bar is a lovely setting but service was very slow, go round the corner and you’ll find a cheaper and more friendly bar ran by a local couple. My room was upgraded to a single sea view which was lovely albeit very small and dated however the room overall was fine and kept very clean for me. Towels are very small and even with a tip a second towel wasn’t given. Pool towels are provided and these are fine, the pool and beach area is very pleasant and lots of sunbeds. Gym was reasonably well appointed just dated but it was fine for what I needed but wouldn’t want to use in hotter weather as the air con wasn’t great. Now for the restaurant and food… the whole vibe is school dining room and when it’s busy and you’re alone it’s hard to relax and feel like you’re on holiday as your seat might get taken if you go to move! The selection of food was fine but just got a bit boring at times, some days were really good and others very bland but overall always something to find. I don’t understand why at lunch and dinner they switch off the tea and coffee machines. Also I suggest they use the maitre de on the door to actually seat guests and manage tables better. Finally comment… they should not allow school groups unless they’re going to behave it was a nightmare when they were stampeding the restaurant! I had a nice week exploring the sea but I wouldn’t return here, very little to do but was a peaceful break away.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and its location is incredible! It is difficult to get to but there is one shuttle which takes you to the hotel for about 15 Euros pp, but it does take about 3 hours to get there, and we did not want to pay the prices of a private transfer both ways. The staff are very kind there was a lovely man who checked us in on May 16th but I did not get his name, also Jalena, Jordan, and Marta were lovely! I really wanted to review this 5 stars but the food although good and there was a variety, the quality and selection got worse over the week, less flavour with the food and stale bread as well as repetition with selection. The room was good, we got the basic room and it had a mini fridge which was a bonus, but the shower was a bit run down and the shampoos ended up falling off the wall on the last day as it was stuck on with glue. The walls were a bit thin but again not a massive problem to hear people outside your room now and again. Also the hairdryer kept cutting out and smelt like burning, we asked reception for another one which they brought up quickly and that one worked well. The pool was cleaned everyday which was amazing and around the beach and pool was very clean and the water was really clear! The hotel was about a 15 minute seaside walk to the ferry which takes you to the island of Korcula - this island is worth a visit we went three times over the week! beautiful scenery and a little town which is nicknamed 'little Dubrovnik'. For food and drinks we had booked the full board option, which on arrival we were told it includes the drinks which are available at meal times and is called the all inclusive light option which is an amazing idea and felt very generous. The rooms were clean and felt fresh though a little outdated but that did not bother us. The hotel did offer excursions however it was only open at random times so we booked with a different business on the island of Korcula. The evening entertainment was practically non-existent which we were sad about, we had one night of our 7 night stay where someone was playing the guitar and singing which was great, but they put out a timetable of day time and evening entertainment which never actually happened even when we had asked if it was on, but this could have been a language barrier. Also potentially in more peak times the entertainment and excursions would have been better and on more consistently as we did visit mid May. The pool had lots of people around and yet it still was kept clean and there were enough sunbeds for everyone, with no one putting towels on before breakfast which was very refreshing! I found it odd and think this should definitely be implemented as I have never been to a hotel without this, but between meal times there was no where to fill up your water bottles, so if the bar was unattended we had to wait to get water and get the staff to fill your bottle up. I think on both bars there should be a water dispenser on the front so guests could get water at any time, especially in the hot weather, there were water dispensers at the food hall but this was closed between meals so they have them free between meals to use them around the hotel. There's a few improvements which could bump this up to a five star hotel as it really does have potential. But this hotel was in such an incredible location it made up for what was missing with the view and the staff!

Praktycznie wszystko i długo by wymieniać.Na podkreślenie zasługuje aktywność nowego managera hotelu,który na wszystko zwracał uwagę i to bez wątpienia miało wpływ na super pobyt w hotelu.

Przydała by się wymiana materacy,gdyż nie są to łoża typu king size.Być może mnie się tylko trafił niezbyt komfortowy materac,który skrzypiał przy wstawaniu z łóżka,ale na tę rzecz zwracałem uwagę w poprzednim sezonie,gdyż przebywałem w tym samym apartamencie.

Food repetitive, always luke warm , no microwave to heat it. No toaster so no toast at breakfast. Desserts, cake cut into 1 inch cubes same every night. We had to ask staff to take our meal into the kitchen to heat it. The hotel is quite isolated so not much to do. No lift down to the pool. 26 steps to walk down to the pool and a another 10 to get to the beach. I have limited mobilaty so every trip was hard work. Two and a half hour transfer to the hotel in a small people carrier in hot weather. I will not be returning.
