"never again"

It started when I landed in Phuket I was spose to be picked up by the hotel shuttle bus but waited for ages for it to come finally I decided to get another bus and paid money to go with them but then the original bus turned up and asked me to get off the bus id just paid for and go with them so wasted money. got to hotel and they wanted 1200 baht for my bus trip I said no way because when I booked the hotel they quoted me 200 baht for the trip so overall I had to pay 800 baht for my trip. the food at breakfast was crap and when I left to checkout they charged me for a call to reception. I wouldn't recommend this place to a cat.

"Go to Kata beach"

Hotel is nice and very clean, 2 minutes from the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Very nice breakfast especially omelet.
