Snyggt hotell, fantastisk personal, fina rum. Hotellet var lättåtkomligt. Kommer jag till Östersund igen, så är det här jag kommer att bo.

Frukosten var mycket bra. Personalen var fantastisk.

Det hade varit uppskattat att kunna påverka temperaturen, och belysningen var tyvärr jättedålig. Speciellt i badrummet, när draperiet var fördraget kom knappt nåt ljus in alls.
