Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center by IHG

Loved the big room, the view and easy direct access to the mall and train station. Check in is chaotic and people can cut in front of you without staff giving a care. Also, they don't have a restaurant. There's a breakfast area, but no place to have lunch or dinner in the hotel.

The room was very nice. However, the shower in the bathroom is a big problem. It is on the floor and there is nothing to keep the bathroom from flooding. There should be a border between the shower area and the rest of the floor or more of an incline so the water can drain. Also, at breakfast, they ran out of hot water and didn’t bother to replace the hot water urn. They also didn’t clean the breakfast tables very fast so we had to clean off the tables ourselves. For such a good brand, I was pretty disappointed in the hotel.

The stay was perfect. Except that whatever deposit ive made during check in, it did not get refunded as what was promised.

Very comfortable stay

The staff were incredibly kind and courteous. Breakfast was terrific and totally worth the price. My room was very clean, put together, and in great shape.

Was annoyed by the staff about my friend coming to visit me and he had to wait a half hour till they let him in
