Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center by IHG

I like the location. The staff don’t care about the people. In holiday l cam early at 4pm to park my car and all the gate was locked. I couldn’t park my car. I asked the staff why didn’t they let the guests know they close the gate at 4 o’clock so we can come earlier the answer was nobody told them

Hotel located inside a mall so you have a lot of shops and small restaurants nearby. The area is a business are would not recommend for holidays. Only thing we did not like at all is that the hotel says it has a gym and a pool, actually is access to a Homes Palace gym so you do not get the quietness nor the cleaning of a private hotel gym and pool.

The entire stay was excellent, the facility, concierge, housekeeping and all the staff.

Stung with a $50 “tax” which they then couldn’t give a receipt for. Sofa bed was appalling. Old, sunk in the middle

Many misunderstanding. We like this hotel. They forgot to leave clean towels, so we had to ask them. The service was very slow. They have too many guests. Good for them.

Conveniently located at the biggest mall in Tel Aviv and next to a train station, and across the street to the bus service. Outstanding breakfast with many choices.
