I liked everything about the hotel

The room. Yes. I love the small living and kitchen. The kitchen was the reason i chose this hotel.

Bad staff , dirty carpet and have Rude staff, foul carpet smell in the hallways, and the kitchen staff are unpleasant — they follow and monitor guests. The breakfast was not good, and the overall experience made us feel uncomfortable. The seating in the lobby had flies and was not clean, including the tables. The manager was also rude and unprofessional — we were kicked out and left outside in the heat even though I had children with me. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is by far the worst experience I’ve had, and it turned my trip into a nightmare. We ended up changing hotels

This hotel was excellent. We were in town for a family reunion and to visit Kemah. We had four rooms. The staff accommodated us so we were close to each other. The entire facility was clean, rooms were great, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so nice. The manager thanked us for staying while we were checking out. I would recommend this hotel.

Family loved the stay

It was quite back away from the main road breakfast every morning Beth was so sweet she made us feel so welcome she left a heart shaped towel on our bed and rose petals and champagne it was our anniversary vacation and amidst our stay my brother in law was found dead she sent us flowers and a card to our room it really made our day oh and she song happy anniversary to us at breakfast so sweet I hope she never leaves and Alicia and Jazzmon was so sweet and polite always trying to make sure we had everything we needed love those ladies hope they never leave and the housekeepers was really sweet and cleaned the rooms so good the room smelled so fresh and clean thanks Maria and Ericka A Lord willing I’m looking forward to next summer

Our room was by the pool

The is the second year that our extended family has stayed at this Staybridge Suites hotel for our family reunion. The staff there is exceptionally friendly. The hotel is a short block away from busy streets full of restaurants and stores, and is about 2 blocks from the I-45 freeway, so access is easy. It is also about a 10 min. drive from Space Center Houston, a fabulous place for adults and kids to visit. Our room was large, with a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and full kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, a 2 burner flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The hotel has a wonderful free breakfast, with pans of scrambled eggs, meats, and potatoes, along with Mexican condiments, cereals, waffles, etc. The hot items are varied from day to day - no monotony to this breakfast. The hotel put in a game room with a pool table and a video game machine that can play about 100 different games. There is a pool and hot tub. They were in the process of even building a pickleball court! We'll be going back there again next year!
