Hotel Vancouver

Notre séjour à l'hôtel s'est très passé. Personnel a l'écoute et professionnel. Un seul bémol fut la borne électronique qui ne fonctionnait pas pour notre voiture. Nous avons utilisé. La prise dans la parking de l'hôtel. Un seul inconvénient est son emplacement dans le Passage.. Il serait temps d'investir dans des bornes de recharge.

Très bon établissement avec un personnels à l écoute

We had a great 4 night stay here in mid Feb 2019. The room was spacious and clean with a bath and shower over it, but no coffee making facilities. There was a small balcony and great views over the mountains and other parts of La Plagne. The kids had bunk beds which they liked but the mattresses on them could have been better padded. The swimming pool is small and was clean but heavily chlorinated, the spa area also has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which are great for easing some aches after a day on the slopes. A minor ski run does drop right past the back of the hotel that is primarily accessible via a short button lift from the Escartee run. The run behind the hotel goes to the La Bergerie lift which is good for connecting to other routes. There is locking ski storage allocated to each room (big enough for the families skis, boards, boots and helmets) but there are no boot warmers and a limited space for getting boots on and off. The bar area was large, clean and from 4-5 during the week they sold fresh crepes which our kids really enjoyed. The breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection (cereal, breads, pastries, juices, coffee, small hot selection), but there were no changes day to day. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening - we were told that we need to book the day before but there were other restaurants within about 300m - we tried two of those and they were both good and reasonably priced (for a ski resort).

Un emplacement formidable, un hôtel avec piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam au pied des pistes, un service irréprochable au bar comme au restaurant et des chambres spacieuses. Rien à redire, on ne peut que vivement conseiller ! Tout le personnel est très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour la Manager et ses barmen, leurs cocktails sont géniaux ! Du positif sur toute la ligne. Côté pratique: parking couvert et location de skis directement à l’hôtel.

Emplacement idéal pour skier, hôtel avec un fort potentiel mais gestion pas à la hauteur. Formule avec matériel et forfait excellente, chambre très agréable, espace aquatique pas à la hauteur.

Excellent choix pour un séjour au ski. Hotel très propre, bien situé, accès direct aux pistes. Espace piscine et spa très appréciable après une journée de ski. Repas du soir très bons et petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très aimable et toujours à l'écoute. Excellent rapport qualité prix. A recommander sans aucun doute.

Nous pensions réserver une chambre d'hôtel, mais nous avions eu droit à une résidence ! A notre arrivée on nous propose d'abord une chambre mansardé sans balcon alors que nous avons réservé une chambre double avec balcon sans aucune explication et sans aucun remboursement (cette chambre est moins chère) ! après contestation il nous propose un appartement (1 chambre, 1 coin cuisine, 1 Salon...) qui a besoin d'être rafraîchie . Le plus frustrant est qu'à l'accueil il pensait que nous devions être content car nous étions surclassé...on ne demandait que d'avoir la chambre que nous avons réservé...Pour couronner le tout, nous avons opté pour la demie pension, mais pas de chance le premier soir il n'y avait plus de choix ni du plat, ni du dessert (c'était du Rouget entier). Le maître d'hôtel nous a alors conseillé de réserver son plat dés le matin...

Prima en schoon hotel. Halfpension was zeer goed. Iedere avond heerlijk gegeten. Een extra plus is de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Kortom een aanrader mocht ke naar La Plagne gaan!
