I cannot say 1 great thing. Everything about our stay was sub par. Will pay more next time at better place

It was my 60th birthday weekend. Housekeeping does NOT care if DND tag is hanging. Desk staff is hard to find not at desk when . Booked this place for indoor pool. Someone was too lazy to test pool so pregnant girl closed it. Totally NOT worth the money. Breakfast was microwaved powdered eggs BOTH days same thing

The staff was excellent the person that checked me in she was perfect and the night guy that was doing it but the only thing that he should have done faster there was a bunch of kids talking in the hallway for quite a long time over an hour that should have been stopped right away he told me I was the second call but I noticed they still talk to another 30 minutes if not longer now I'm in my 60s and I've been a lot of hotels I've never seen anybody talk so much in the hallways as I did in this one but this has nothing to do with the facility at all it's just the night guy should have came up ASAP and stop that right away the only problem that I had with the facility was clean great location the two staff members that I dealt with were excellent the breakfast in the mornings were awesome the pillow case situation there was absolutely terrible these are cheap pillows and I couldn't sleep because of the pillows I like my head to be propped up and because of the cheapness of the pillows they wouldn't hold its shape I wasn't able to sleep other than that everything was great

Staff nowhere to be found when you need assistance. Kids running and hollering in hallway. Pool closed which is one reason I booked here. Breakfast powdered eggs
