"Once quaint, now it ain't!"

Is this place going out of business? Our 4th year staying here and it is beyond belief that the owners care about much. Staff is nice enough, but from the roof to the rooms upgrades are sorely needed. The patio is overgrown, Roman type fountain no longer works, and the outside patio resembled an ashtray. Trash overflowing at the side entrance 2 of three days. Someone needs to buy this place and upgrade. Virtually no competition, maybe that's why??

Bedding was comfortable, You had to ask for room cleaning daily. Bathroom had mold in shower, toilet, and bedroom had stains in ceiling from leak. The room was not cleaned properly since I found Marijuana behind the television stand. Elevator had finger jams all over. The patio could have been very nice if maintained. Front door not working correctly. No one ever at the front desk. Room was not correct upon arriving late. Asked for specific floor and view. Nice staff but majority need supervision.

the beds were comfortable The room had dirty toilets, mold in shower, ceiling had water marks, had to ask for room cleaning, grounds were poorly kept, many weeds, and patio was filled with weeds between beautiful brick, jacuzzi was not operational, front door did not close due to problems, elevator needed cleaning, found marijuana behind the television stand, Manager need to get act together, air conditioner panels broken, cleaning staff needs refresher on how to clean a room.
