Econo Lodge Milldale - Southington

All staff friendly. Check in/out easy. There’s a smoking section and so the building’s atmosphere is treated with a strong but not unpleasant smell. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Rug in room could use a cleaning. Thank you!

The place was dirty, old, and I booked for 2 double beds. Arrived and the only room available had 1 bed. This was NOT going to accommodate us. They could not give me a refund. I had to work with Booking.com.

Clean, easily accessible location and had smoking rooms!

Felt the springs in the mattress so that was biggest downfall unfortunately.

Honestly, nothing.

First off, this place was dirty. Everything in the bathroom was rusted, the tub was falling apart, the shower head was gross and there was barely any water pressure. the TV barely worked. They had WIFI but it never connected so its safe to say there is no WIFI available. The bed was broken, my back and neck are killing me from a week of having to sleep on it. My boyfriend and I kept rolling to the left as the right side of the bed was broken. The battery to the smoke detector was dying so it kept beeping. I went and told the front desk at least three times to report the issue, it took over 24 hours to send someone to fix it. What made this worse is our room was literally right behind the front desk. The AC did not work for anything, I had to bring in a fan to help circulate air into the room. Let just say everything was falling apart, nothing worked as it was suppose to and I am highly disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for but honestly I think I paid way to much.
