The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Room temperature was very comfortable and the cooling system doesn't make much noise, which is great. Hotel parking is very convenient if you're coming by car, and location is good, you can walk to main attractions in the city center. The highlight was the staff which was very friendly and helpful. We forgot a jacket in the room and realized too late to turn back. The hotel staff was very kind to recover the jacket, package it and go to the post office to have it shipped to our home.

The only inconvenience was not having any temporary parking for unloading luggage and checking in. But, thankfully, we were able to pay for 1hr for the underground public parking across the street until we were able to get instructions on how to enter the hotel parking. We may have been able to get around this if we called ahead and asked for the parking code.
