Rodeway Inn Columbia Mall Loop

This is a great hotel and I love staying here. The only downs about it is that the pool was cold like the lake so we wouldn't swim in it and only one of the 3 hot tubs were working.

That when we checked in they gave us a room, we entered and the room had not yet been cleaned. We went back to the desk where the man told us that “they were busy” so that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet. There was a housekeeper at the desk as well who said that they couldn’t clean it right away. We waited until after 6pm to check in. Only one of the hot tubs was available and the jets didn’t do anything when turned on. We used to be loyal to this property, last five trips we stayed elsewhere but decided to give it another try, disappointed again though

Really nice pool

Property is a bit dated, but clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 hot tubs were closed while we were there. One tiny 4 person hot tub was open. The pool area is "weird" with the pool in an enclosed glass area with 3 small (4 person) hot tubs outside of the glasses pool area. Just weird. Breakfast was fine: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, and other options.

Nice property.... dated as to room. Room was clean...bed was comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tubs

no indicator the pool is down at all rented this for my kids for their birthday to swim was great explaining to the kids no pool cause they screwed me

Booked this location to enjoy the pool and hot tubs. Did not know until check in that the pool was closed due to renovation and only two hot tubs were operational At 8 am continental breakfast was not refilled and no staff was available or checking on conditions in dining area Because I booked through Expedia hotel could not compensate us

Awesome, friendly staff. Larry, Justine, and Monica were all kind, welcoming and very professional. If I had any issues they were on the spot quick to help.
