The staff, the location the breakfast

The floor on the pool area is slippery. My daughter almost fell 3x. The pool temperature is not warm enough

Room smelled so strong of cleaning chemicals that it hurt to breathe. And yet, the room wasn’t clean. We checked out within the hour. No way I was keeping my kids there.

We like the location of the hotel.

This used to be our favorite place to stay but last couple times it is going down hill. Last time the toilet leaked so bad it was shut off and we had to use the bathroom in the hallway but everything was booked so we had to stay. This time we had to put towels on the floor as the toilet was leaking also. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about it and if you call corporate they just say it happens and it is the decision of the hotel on how to handle. Other than that it is a bed for the night nothing special.
