The room was extremely dirty, with lots of hair on the sheets. The showerhead was completely inadequate for showering; this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The pet area is conveniently located and well marked, and has a bag dispenser. Breakfast is exceptional, with not only good hot dishes but yummy muffins and pastries. I'm just hoping the prices don't go up too much once the reno is complete, because I loved this hotel!

I love that the room was spacious. I like the fact that the fridge and microwave were included

I did not like the price of the parking. I also didn’t like that the front desk did not warn me about the price of the parking. I found it ridiculous that we have to pay for parking for a city that is not touristy
