This price was exorbitant over $400 for a night. The condition of the room was poor, the cleanliness was marginal. Signs posted in the room $350 fee if room was left dirty and $50 fee for excessive trash left behind.

The cottage is no frills but with adequate space and comfort. Very convenient to OOB. I was disappointed that the kitchenette didn't have any plates or utensils. The owner claimed it was because of covid, but we've stayed at other places that were well stocked, and if that is the case, why were there pots and pans and some mugs.

Rude customer service. Canceled my reservation with no knowledge, accused me of throwing towels in the dumpster, locked the pool during the scheduled hours.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Parking right outside cottage. Location close to shopping and beaches. Despite being on a main road it was quiet.
