It was clean, ice machine close to room. Vending machines great.

It was in a good area and it was clean

Very few towels some rude workers tacked on an additional $100 deposit after I have been there for 2 days because I had three visitors

I enjoyed the breakfast and the size of the rooms. The staff is great !

The leather window seats all needs to be cleaned with a degreaser . The carpets can use a clean in the rooms. And restrooms can use a little upgrade as well.

My daughter and I were in town for a convention. At first, I was a little skeptical, but this place beat all expectations. The staff were amazing, the hotel and our room were clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best! The linens were fresh and smelled so clean! The only reason I gave 4 stars overall is due to the exterior door that leads to the second floor rooms did not lock as it should have. I was ok with that once realizing that they have cameras at every angle and watch them. We felt safe and comfortable both nights. A plus….the second night a tour bus of teenagers arrived and occupied our entire floor. As teens do, they congregated in the hallways before lights out. The room was so soundproof we heard absolutely no noise from the outside of our room. I would definitely stay here again over any other hotel in the area!
