"Great before - housekeeping needs retraining. "

We w stayed here many times en route to the beach. And itโ€™s always great for what we need. But this time we had to move rooms because the pullout couch smelled like urine. And when we moved to the new room, two of the pillows had blood on them. So maybe work on housekeeping. Both were handled immediately by the front desk.

"Would probably not recommend a stay here."

Convenient location, easy parking.

Very tired and less than clean furnishings. Bathroom was awfulโ€”torn shower curtain, mildewed grout, skimpy towels. Only 1 of 2 elevators working. Outdoor area very dirty. Reception area minimal, although the sole person was helpful in changing our room.

"Linley and the rest of the staff ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘"

The hotel is quite lovely and in a very convenient area, nice and safe as well. The staff was some of the best Iโ€™ve encountered in a while. Linley checked me in and she could not have been nicer and put my mind at ease about the safeness of the area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, two thumbs up.

"Linley is the sweetest"

I enjoy staying here because the place is nicely kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Any requests are always done immediately. And the beds are super comfy. Linley is always very pleasant and helpful. Her generosity goes a long way, so hopefully if you stay here, you will get to meet her at the front desk and have just as the pleasant time as I did.

"Drove down to Mobile area for Granddaughters graduation."

This hotel takes excellent service to be their top priority. All the employees go beyond expectations to help visitors enjoy their stay. My elderly husband and I had driven 9 hours to see our granddaughter graduation and when we arrived at Homewood Suites we were tired. Daniel at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly.

Nice staff, Cleanliness not the Best. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. Rooms are ok. The main issue is the cleanliness which I would say is below average. Stay was ok and since we had a dog it was fine. Many business travelers which is ok.

Linley has provided exceptional customer service, and guaranteed us the reservation for conjoining rooms even after another representative was not able to guarantee the rooms. She deserves a promotion and early retirement with icing on top.
