GBI can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is just in a leafy part of the city centre, easy to get to from Ferry and airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room and facilities are brilliant and we loved the breakfast and pool.

GBFriendly staff that always do there best to give a room suited to my liking. Clean rooms and nice fresh towels are provided. Hotel nice and quiet. Enjoyed the small outside area with pool. Hotel securely stored a suitcase for me whilst I travelled.

AUThe staffs at the restaurant are lovely and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. The lady at checkout counter in the morning was friendly. Friendly staffs are very important for the hotel.
We arrived 8pm, the lady at the check in counter was quite cold. We do not feel the welcome vibe. I asked the hotel via the Booking.com messaging platform whether the hotel can organise a cake when we celebrate my daughter’s Birthday at the hotel restaurant, no reply.

Muss nicht ausschlaggebend sein, aber innerhalb von 36 Stunden war das WC zweimal defekt, wurde aber jeweils sofort korrigiert. Störend empfanden wir die zumindest in unserem Raum hörbare Lüftung in der Zimmerdecke.

BEZAStaff is very friendly and willing to assist and your stay as comfortable as possible. The food was great and the staff at the bar ( Vincent and Fortune) were excellent.
