Foi tudo muito bom. Uma única dica deixem uma esponja pra lavarmos a louça assim facilita pra nós hóspedes e para os funcionários também. Adorei

The hotel is huge and the room we had 216 was ideal for 3 adults , the pool was massive just needs to warm up but we still swam in it in march

The pool attendant lady thinks she rules the world she came over and took beers off us that where purchased in the spar inside the hotel,I was even told to go and buy them from there cos the pool bar wasn't open, it doesn't state anywhere that you cant bring your own drinks , does say no glasses or glass bottles , she even took unopened cans of beers off groups of people then expects you to pay €7 at the outside bar when its only €5 inside the hotel, for this reason I wont be going back to this hotel and being a travel agent I wont be recommending it to future clients, very poor from this lady.

First time staying here and definitely won't be our last. Our apartment was ready when we arrived at 10am. The bed is the most comfortable bed ever. It was clean and bright. Housekeeping came every day. The facilities were clean and lovely. The location is perfect for absolutely everything. There is a luggage room that we could keep our bags after checkout until we left to go to the airport.

Couldn't fault it.

Big apartment with a big balcony. Lilia, the housekeeper who helped us making the extra bed at 10pm. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Lilia!

We booked a room for 3 people and the extra bed was not made. When mentioning this to the reception, we were told that the bed was made inside the sofa bed. When coming back in the evening, we saw that was not the case and had to request it to be made.

Piscina exterior muito boa, localização com tudo perto, Pequeno almoço bom mas podia variar mais ao longo dos dias.

Mobiliário do meu quarto era um pouco mais velho. Hotel deveria informar os hóspedes para respeitarem política de silêncio, pois haviam hóspedes a falar alto e fazer barulho às 01.00 am, como se fosse durante o dia.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff were super nice, friendly and so helpful. Exceptionally clean. Pools were clean, although we only used the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. We had 2 rooms for 2 people and 6 people but our apartment could have held 10 people. The apartment had a FULL kitchen, fride/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a big dining table, lovely modern curve TV, we also had a big balcony upstairs with yable, chairs and sun loungers. This apartment also had 2 full bathrooms and had air-conditioning for cold or heat. Its situated right between old town and new town, with a shuttle service costing €1 per person to drop off. The apartment also had a safe for a refundable deposit of €25. The hotel restaurant did a 3 course lunch menu for €15 per adult and €7.50 for children. There is alo a little coffee place that served food also.....OMG everything on the menu was fab and again all the staff were so nice. This hotel also has a full gym.
