Everything about the stay was fantastic. Pete and Helen were lovely and so welcoming from even before I arrived, they offered to pick me up from the train station. The Somerville is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has everything you would need to make a stay relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic and comprehensive and topped off with a ride back to the station when there were no taxi's available. Outstanding service!

Nothing (well perhaps the hill you need to walk up to get there by foot! :))

It was wonderful to stay here for our Honeymoon. Champagne and rose petals in the room at arrival. Beautiful food and lovely communication.

Peter was a lovely bloke and nothing was to much trouble for him. Our room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

"A home away from home in our opinion"

I have stayed here before and I returned back because, The rooms are well furnished and clean with nice little touches that are really lovely. The food at breakfast is exceptional and the quality is to a very high standard. The hosts are extremely nice people who could not be more helpful. We were due to arrive during a storm in the southwest and Peter sent me a message saying that certain roads were closed. Now that is really going the extra mile in my opinion.

The location was just perfect for going into Torquay. Breakfast was fantastic plenty to choose from and good quality. The owners were really helpful and i would stay here again, a fantastic place and i have recommended it to friends and family.

Could not find any faults with our stay. Lovely place.
