Ontbijt was heel karig Badkamer heel ruim maar het douche gedeelte heel erg klein(45 bij45)

Centrala Orosei. Trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Testade aldrig polen men såg helt ok ut.

Good location, close to beautiful beaches. We loved swimming pool as well.

Everything was fantastic! Breakfast room pool staff and even great restaurant in house with oven baked pizza.

Personnel très serviable, grande chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut, établissement et chambre très propre. La piscine était très bien aussi. Le petit-déjeuner pas mal d'options en sucré et salé et tout étaient très bien. Un grand parking à disposition également.

Despite confirming multiple times with your staff about our early morning transfer to the airport, the cab was not present at the hotel at the scheduled time of 5:00 a.m. We attempted to speak with the reception staff—Carlos, I believe—but unfortunately, he was unable to communicate in English and did not appear to have any information about the airport drop-off arrangement. We spent a considerable amount of time at the reception trying to contact various cab companies and arrange an alternative transfer. This situation was extremely stressful, especially given the early hour and the urgency of catching our flight. Eventually, the cab arrived at 5:40 a.m. The driver informed us that he had not been made aware of the 5:00 a.m. pick-up time, which was surprising as this had been clearly discussed and confirmed in advance. While we were ultimately able to make our flight to Florence, it was a very close call. I would like to emphasise that although the rest of our stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were generally wonderful, this last experience was deeply stressful and quite traumatic. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to help improve communication and coordination for future guests.
