"Professionally operated hotel!"

Very professionally run hotel. Clean, spacious. My only concern was the bed. It wasn’t in the best condition but beyond that, very comfortable stay. Would come back!

The hotel was very clean. The evening manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very large. The negative - my #1 sorting criteria to find a hotel on this trip was to get one with a spa/hot tub. This hotel listed a spa and showed pictures on the website. However, the "spa" was not heated or maintained as a spa. It was described as a "kiddie pool" when I asked if it could be turned on. If you are not providing a spa, you should not list it as such.

"Call center reservation"

Agent that took my call assured me of my request for walk in shower for my 92 year old mother, and when we arrived it was not properly booked, it took a long time to get checked in, my mother was in pain having to wait so long
