Good customer service,

Pool close daughter wanted to swim that was the whole reason I went i made reservations online. So there was nothing that said Pool was closed didn't find out til check in was told Pool was closed I could go next door they have a pool. But why would you tell me that if I can't get a refund like, I dont wanna spend out more money for another room.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable.

Outlet on one side of the bed had been removed. The swimming pool was closed.
