Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel looked much better in photos than in reality. The rooms were dirty, housekeeping was poor, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. There was dust, things were not properly cleaned, and the service was extremely limited. Getting to the hotel was a nightmare because the road access was closed. We had to drive around several times and basically guess how to reach the entrance ourselves, especially late at night. No proper instructions were provided. The room service was almost nonexistent. No minibar, no proper water in the room, no toothbrushes or basic amenities, not even simple teaspoons. We were also given only one pool towel for the entire stay, which is ridiculous for a hotel at this price level. Breakfast was very basic. It was edible, but definitely nothing special and far from what you would expect from a good hotel experience. On Saturday at 9 AM there was some kind of event right outside the windows with loud music and people shouting, which woke us up very early and completely ruined the morning. The only positive thing about this hotel was the young guy at the reception — he was polite, helpful, and honestly the only person who made the stay slightly better. Unfortunately, I would not come back and would not recommend this hotel.

Nos encantó la atención del personal y lo acogedor del hotel. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y cómodas. Nosotros escogimos una de las que tienen patio, y la verdad es que la estancia y ese pequeño espacio fueron muy agradables. La playa frente al hotel tiene piedras y un salto en el acceso, lo que podría no ser lo más cómodo con niños, pero su ambiente salvaje y la poca afluencia de gente lo compensaron. Además, el hotel tiene una piscina fantástica. El restaurante ofrece menú o platos sueltos. Nosotros elegimos el servicio de desayuno incluido y, aunque solo estuvimos dos días, nos pareció que había suficiente variedad para un buen desayuno. Aunque la zona del bar exterior no estaba habilitada, se nota que será un espacio genial para tomar algo. En general, en todo el hotel se respira una tranquilidad perfecta para desconectar. Si buscas un lugar para relajarte, con comodidad y sin aglomeraciones, este es ideal.

En general, no hubo nada que no nos gustara; la estancia fue bastante agradable. Quizás, para quienes busquen una zona con más chiringuitos o ambiente, es necesario desplazarse en coche, pero esto también hace que sea una zona mucho más tranquila

Nice size offering superb accommodation, stylish decor and fabulous pool area.

The bar and restaurant area in the evening seemed to struggle a little and lacked atmosphere. Definitely from for improvement.
