Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, breakfast, pool

I could not get the heat to turn up, temp was in the minuses outside, only solution offered was not appropriate for situation, overnight staff didnt know how to fix the heat and apparently they couldt contact anyone that did , there needs to be a manual when you check into the room on how to adjust the heat

The pool was a hit for the kids. We also enjoyed that breakfast was included. Our room was clean and the stay was affordable.
