"Gross negligence by hotel"

I’m currently a guest at Royal Orchid Bangalore in room 214. I had given two suits one Boss and One Zegna, for dry cleaning by hotel laundry service. The service has been grossly negligent-completely destroyed both suits,likely washed with water instead of dry cleaned?? The service recovery being offered by the hotel manager Fayaz, VP Vikas Kulashrestha and VP of south India Mr Saravanan is an offer to buy a Raymond suit and Rs 15000 cash which is 2% of the cost the replacement for the suits. #Nobrandcredibilty #Noregardforcustomerexperience #Noleadership
