Booking.com team: I would like to bring to your attention that, for this booking, the hotel denied that they have no such booking confirmation in their system. I really had a tough time at the time of check in as booking was not there. How come booking.com didn't check whether booking is confirmed with the hotel or not. I was stranded for almost 1 hour at hotel reception. Finally, they could manage one room for me & I could check in. I need to give a second thought for using booking.com as a trusted partner for my hotel booking needs.

Overall, we had a good experience with Royal Orchid entire Team.The one point contact with Sales - Mr. Sajith, later Mr. Waseem, Mr. Sunny and from Banquets - especially Mr. Lalit personally took care of our needs for the two day event based on our requirement and well dedicated towards his work always with a smile. Appreciate Master Chef - Mr. Abid, took care of the menus and the food was good. The entire banquet team was really co-operative. Last but not the least, GM- Mr. Vikas personally guided the entire team to make the event to happen as per the expectations and a big thanks to the higher authorities who was behind the show.

Housekeeping- 4 hrs to get service Housekeeping number not reachable Front desk could not help Duty desk missing no answer Checkout day breakfast ordered never came But they were worried on my checkout .. ( 30k spent so not a push over) The GM needs to wake up and own the failure

Amazing place for a birthday party celebration. The staffs cooperated very well along with timely assistance whenever needed. The food was amazing in the catering as well. Lot of fun things to do around the resort and for kids!

Very good property with lots of activities for kids and family including archery, badminton, pickleball, indoor games and swimming. Food is also good, Rahul one of the staff members in the restaurant was very courteous and ensured we were served well. Overall, good but property needs maintenance as some of the areas needed cleaning.

We recently had a family function at Royal Orchid. Everything was very well managed by the resort, especially by Mr. Lalit Tiwari. He was the head of managing the event from the hotel side, and he made sure that everything stayed at its peak level perfection. I could see how dedicated and sincere he was with his work, from making sure the food stayed fresh, the plates were clean, and he personally went to each and every one of us and made sure we all eat to our potentials😂 Overall, it was an amazing experience at the Royal Orchids, especially living in the cottages, and we will surely visit and stay there again!

Our New Year’s Eve stay at Royal Orchid Resort & Convention Center in Yelahanka was an unforgettable start to 2026—especially as new parents traveling with our 1.5 year-old baby. Amidst the celebrations, we were touched by the property’s genuine warmth and thoughtful hospitality that made our little family feel completely at ease. A heartfelt thank you to Subhojeet Chatterjee at the front office—his calm, attentive support on a busy evening like NYE made all the difference. And the food? Absolutely delightful! Huge thanks to the restaurant team—Nandita Prusty, Poonam Kumari, and Jinita Rai—for serving not just delicious, festive meals, but doing so with such warmth and care. It was the perfect, peaceful way to welcome the new year together.
