Номер тихий. В номері є холодильник, чайник, фен. Разом з чайником є дві склянки, дві чашки, чай, кава і цукор. У номері завжди є 2 пляшечки води, що теж було доречно. Зручна шафа, стілець та кресло біля столу створили більш комфортні умови перебування. У ванній кімнаті зручне розташування служб, є велике люстерко, гачки для одягу. Теж є дві склянки, рідке мило, шампунь та гель для душу. Дуже чисто. Постільна білизна була білосніжна. Рушники в ванній кімнаті теж. Особливо сподобалось м'яке покриття підлоги, бо було дуже тихо. В жодному готелі ще такого не зустрічала. Сніданок не відрізняється різноманіттям, але був достатнім, щоб вибрати щось для себе. Кожного дня були яєчня, скрембл, сосиски, тушковані овочі, свіжі овочі, нарізка м'ясна та сирна, салат, йогурти, пластівці з молоком, хліб, булочки, масло, джеми, кекси. Інколи були тушена квасоля, оладки та млинці, фрукти. Чай в асортименті, сік (помаранчевий та яблучний). Працювали дві кавові машини. Є безлактозне молоко.

Незручно розташовані бра біля ліжка, бо перед сном почитати я не змогла: або маєш читати лежачі, або маєш впертись головою у світильник. Біля ліжка немає електричної резетки (такого давно не зустрічала, особливо в готелях 4*). Взагалі Таких розеток в номері замало. Заряджала навушники та телефон в ванній кімнаті. Була здивована тим, що в душовій кабіні не працює дозатор резервуару з гелем для душу.
