"Better breakfast than expected"

Breakfast was probably the highlight I didn't expect. It had so many good options, more than the normal "hotel breakfast" you expect. Pool was freezing though and could definitely see some hotel improvements needed throughout the building.

Water pressure, beds, big tvs

They gave my RESERVED room to someone that DIDN’T have a reservation, would t give me a discount because I used Booking, couldn’t cancel without being charged because I used booking. Rude staff ESPECIALLY the kitchen staff! Breakfast was AWFUL! Pool was TINY and GREEN and you could see the chemicals in it there was so much. Hot tub was empty and roped off. Broken mirror and windows in weight room, was also TINY. Elipitical made strange noise and tread mills wouldn’t turn on. Thermostat in room didn’t work. There was a bottle of whisky under the sink and an inhaler behind the bed. Also took forever for water to get warm and the hall smelled like dust and carpet is rippled up. Definitely not worth what I paid and doesn’t deserve an excellent rating. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will also no longer use booking.com for hotel reservations.

"Quiet and clean."

The place was great. We stayed for a concert. The staff were friendly. The room and surrounding areas were clean..the shower was hot. And walking distance (about a mile and a half) from the Walmart Amp. The breakfast was just okay, but it was for free and I can't complain about that. We will be back

When checking in we asked for upper floors, which they accommodated us with an upgrade to a king suite. They came in to clean the room daily.
