Nearly everything else. The place was filthy once you're out of the main lobby. This is the first time EVER that I have had to clean my room. The halls made shoes mandatory due to grime

Appreciate that the Hotel put me up at short notice after my flight was canceled. Nice staff. Limited dining options nearby mostly junk food. Hotel should have healthier options on site.

"Good Stay!"

We arrived for check-in super late. The first room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Perhaps a puppy accident? I returned to the front desk where I received a sincere apology and was immediately given a different room. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze, and airport shuttle driver was also nice. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their lot for 10 days. Parking rates are way less than airport parking. Great staff, great amenities, and a clean room made for a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again!

First room was filthy, but another room was quickly offered.

"The best and I’m a frequent traveler "

The room is beautiful and extremely comfortable. I’m positive it’s the cleanest of any hotel, Inn, Suites I’ve ever stayed in. And quit I couldn’t hear the airport which it was close to. I couldn’t hear the people in the rest of the building.

"Good"

We stay at a lot of Candlewood Suites. When we went to our room the door would not open. The desk clerk had to use her body to push the door open. We asked for a room with a door easier to open and was told this was fine. Inside I had to use my body weight to pull the door open. The next morning I requested maintenance and they attempted to fix it. After a couple of openings and closings it was back to the same issue. The AC didn't work unless you put it on 60 and hope your room was get to 70 before it kicked off and had to be turned off and on again. There were other small issues. This Candlewood does not compare to others we have stayed in over the years.
