Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver - Littleton

The key reader wasn’t working neither was the hot tub. Both Temporary. Otherwise it was a fantastic place

We stayed here for 5 nights and I don't recommend staying here longer than 1, if at all. The two stars are for the breakfast, which was fantastic, and the WiFi, which was fast and stable. Though the keycard envelope clearly says housekeeping will be provided on the 2nd and 4th nights of a stay longer than 4 days....hahaha! The rude woman at the front desk, when we asked about a towel change and light cleaning on our second night, said, nope, it'll have to be tomorrow. We asked if we could at least get some new towels. She glared and said, "if I HAVE any!" Nice. Never saw housekeeping once and the nicer front desk guy told us to just pile garbage and used towels in the hallway for pick up. On the day we left, saw three housekeepers smoking outside the entryway. Oh, but you can scan a QR code as an easy way to tip them and show your appreciation! Pool was cold (very cold) and the deck was filthy. We saw the same soggy crackers and wads of hair and leaves each time we went down. I like a cold pool, but felt really sorry for the kids trying to endure that temp. Oh, and the hottub was shut down the entire time. We elected to stay here because we wanted a kitchenette to prep food and we made do with the two pans and single spoon we had to use and figured out how to work the cooktop with one working burner. Room was run down and shower curtain was moldy. If this is a franchise, the owner completely deserves to lose their right to use the name of a major chain. Just rename it under their name if they're so proud of their service.

The jacuzzi was broken. That would've been fine but the pool was freezing.

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet and breakfast was good! The hot tub was out of order during our stay so that was a bummer but overall a great place! Would definitely return!

Mice in our room, pool was green and smelled aweful, hot tub was out of service, staff was unaccomadating and did not apologize or offer compensation. Very disappointing for a Hilton Flag in a good atea of town.

Place was very clean and the room size worked great for our family trip.

The finishings in the room are dated but the price was excellent

We stayed at the property for 5 nights visiting our son. So great! Front desk staff was helpful and professional, cleaning staff was available and professional, the property is in a great location for many area attractions: Red Rocks, Morrison, Mt Falcon, Evergreen, Golden and Denver is just down the road! It was lovely to have a room large enough to visit comfortably with guests, a convenient (and clean) washer/dryer on each floor and a comfortable room in every way! Will definitely stay again!

Everything was great at the hotel. It was very clean, the amenities were interesting. We stayed in a handicapped room, and while all of the the soaps and shampoos were provided, they were mounted so high on the wall that I'm not sure how a disabled person could possibly reach them. The only problem I had, if you could call it that, is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, and didn't. We were there 3 days, and when I asked on day two, I was told they didn't come that day because they were swamped brought us clean towels. I would recommend this property highly. However, I would strongly suggest you contact the property directly.
