High Peaks Resort

Esta ubicado en una parte privilegia del pueblo, tienes salidas directas a la calle principal, vistas al lago y cercanía con los mejores restaurante

Se solicitó la limpieza de la habitación a diario, de 5 días de estadía sólo fueron una, para hacer la cama mal.

Loved the location and dancing bears restaurant. Borrowed snow shoes. Great hot tub in room. Clean! Friendly staff.

Thin walls. Guests staying above us were very noisy and sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling.

If you have never been to Lake Placid, you need to go. If you like a place that is well maintained and has friendly staff, stay at High Peaks Resort. Wonderful location, with friendly staff. Walk to everything in town.

Location, decor, room size, polite and informative staff,

The fitness center was a little small, but I was still able to get my workout in.

We have been going to the HP Resort for many years (and through a few different owners) and find it to be the best overall hotel and value along the main strip in Lake Placid. Excellent location, comfortable and attractive rooms in the main location, and an attractive Adirondack vibe in the entryway and related corridors. The restaurant/bar is also very pleasant and the food has taken a big step up in the last couple of years.

We were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne, and a very nice staff at the front desk. When we checked out, and planned to stay in town until evening, they allowed us to keep our car at the hotel. They also assured us that if the snow prevented us from leaving town, we could get a room at the last minute. They really made us feel taken care of. The Lobby was beautiful and spacious, with lots of comfy chairs and couches and a welcoming fire. Our room was large, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Everything was wonderful.
