Goede ruime, schone kamer op goede locatie.

I stayed 4 days in room 16069 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly dirty, and there was a large amount of dust under the bed, suggesting that cleaning had not been carried out properly for a long time. The level of cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast experience was also poor. Food trays were frequently left empty, and staff were slow to replenish them. This resulted in long queues and many guests waiting for basic breakfast items. The breakfast service appeared understaffed and poorly organized. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and even noises from adjacent bathrooms, including toilet flushing. It was difficult to relax or get proper rest because of the constant noise. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate breakfast service, and extremely poor soundproofing had a significant impact on my stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements improvements for future guests.

La chambre est trés grande et propre. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation. Transferts et excursions que proposent l'hotel sont au TOP.

Le personnel n'est pas assez accueillant. Pas d'effort de leur part envers les clients qui ne maitrisent pas forcément un anglais correct et qui n'ont pas forcément les applications chinoises. Dommage.

Не весь, практически никто не знает английского языка. Вай-фай практически не грузит ничего, даже местные приложения

Мебель старовата, телевизор так же старый без доступа в интернет
