De ligging en de grootte van de kamer waren goed. Ook lekkere bedden.

De airco deed het niet en de temperatuur op de kamer kwam niet onder de 28 graden. Ook niet nadat ze 2x een mobiele fan (airco met 2 koelelementen erin die binnen een half uur ontdooid waren!) hadden gebracht nadat we geklaagd hadden. Hierdoor kon je nauwelijks slapen.

Het ontbijt was prima, de locatie goed. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk

De kamers waren ontzettend warm en benauwd. De airco’s deden het niet en er konden geen ramen open. Het hotel kon dit helaas niet verhelpen.

Beautiful hotel at a good location. Ample room space . Very good breakfast. We had an upgrade to junior suite.

A/C system does not work. I could not sleep well because of the high heat in the room. it was 30 degrees Celsius at 6 p.m. Hotel management told me, they are not allowed to use AC until June due to GVNT regulation. Instead they provided a cooling fan. For me it was still too hot. That was the only negative thing during my 3 day stay.

Helpful staff. Nice room and facilities. Good gym. Good size pool.

The pool and jacuzzi was cold. The sauna and steam room were not working.
