La chambre est toujours fraîche et propre. Les lits sont hyper confortables. Franchement 10/10

The room was hot when i arrived. The AC cooled it down, but was a little noisy. The hot water took a long time to warm up. Would definitely stay again though!

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good 👍

No cups for water in the room, also needed two bars of soap (they were very small), one for your hands and one for the shower. The quality of the towels need to be better..

Reservation was for two people. When we woke up the next morning there was only 1 coffee cup. The room keys from the previous stay was laying on the cabinet. Not sure the room was completely cleaned from the previous stay. Hopefully the sheets had been changed. We went to breakfast and the gravy was in a crock pot. There was a thick crust around the crock edge so the gravy had been warmed up and put away more than once. Only one toiletry on the bathroom counter, it was hair conditioner that had been used and was half full. Toilet paper was thin enough you could see through it. I feel the manager was cutting costs but is going to lose business.

I have stayed at this location before and they tend to do things right. Occupancy seemed rather low the night I was there so I didn’t expect much for breakfast, but the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Climate control in the room worked flawlessly and I was definitely able to get cool enough to sleep on a hot night. Check in check out staff were friendly and efficient.

It was a quiet Relaxing place for me and my Adult children one of who is mildly autistic and has mild cerebral palsy. It was a great experience, especially with retraining his service dog not to bark unless he has a seizure.

It was an easy location to get to, right off the highway. Comfortable place to sleep for my son and I away from home.

I didn’t like there were not automatic doors available to enter the property. I used the dolly caddy to load everything while carrying an infant child. Made it very difficult to get through each door and then on the elevator to the second floor, halfway down the hallway. The morning I was leaving the staff witnessed me attempting to push the caddy while holding my son. They had the cleaning carts in the hallways cleaning rooms. Which I understand, but they could have acknowledged us and made things easier getting down the hallway. Rather than make eye contact and return into the room they were cleaning. (In my opinion) We stayed two nights. Strictly using the hotel for a place to sleep as my family was having a reunion at a lake nearby. The second night we got back late. I had a cranky, sleepy baby and we traveled up the elevator and halfway down the hall for our key to not work. The male staff member was very nice about resetting my key and apologized. Overall, I will probably spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn where I know staff and services are a little better and understanding.

It was all nice and comfortable.
