I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PROPERTY ITSELF, IT WAS THE EXPEDIA BOOKING WHERE I HAD AN ISSUE.
USWe have stayed here MANY times, as family is in the area. Breakfast is good. Rooms are comfortable. It's worth the price.
We had booked this room for a funeral the next day. We arrived late and exhausted. Our welcoming was not warm or friendly. After telling the host we had 5 in our family (2 adults, 3 young children) We were told we could not stay together. After discussion, they "allowed it just this once." Because of our situation, we had booked a room at this hotel 3 nights within a week. This has never been an issue before and will not be an issue again, as we canceled our future bookings and will simply stay across the road at the Holiday Inn. We will not stay where we are not welcome.

The hotel is going through some updates to improve its amenities, the pool area is being renovated at the moment. Very busy hotel with a good size car park.
